Fukang Uganda First Anniversary Celebration

I thank God the Almighty for whatever growth and development steps that our company is reaching out every after a single day.

 

On this 2^nd day of September, 2014 happened to have re-makeable moments in Fukang history since it was our first anniversary celebrations.

 

In brief the function was colorful and below is how it flowed.

 

Those of Awards waiting silently for their own master there.

 

VENUE: Our venue was holiday express Hotel in the midst of the city, a very nice looking place which added value to our company.

 

ARRIVAL: By mid-day, some distributors were already at holiday express hotel waiting for the kick off of the function.

 

KICK-OFF: The celebration started a little later than we had arranged it due to the delays by some of the invitees’ arrivals.

 

Let us warm up first.

 

However by 2:00pm, Our function begun officially with a word of prayer from one of our volunteers (Amos- Gulu shop operator) and there after a National Anthem was sung led by the MC of the day (Duncan Mbidde and Jacky- kakira shop operator.

 

 

 

WELCOME REMARKS: This was a very exciting session of which our MC handled very well, in a form of recognition of all distributors who attended from different parts of the country. This was indeed exciting warm up because every distributor was officially recognized and all felt very special this put them in the mood of the celebration.

 

 

 

 

MOTIVATIONAL SPEECH: Before this session began we had a break off for a serious dance and here every one showed the skills of their own styles in how to dance and it was really beautiful. Immediately Dr. Lutaaya came in for a motivational speech which left all our people with a choice to only work with Fukang.

 

 

 

BUSINESS TESTIMONY: This was done by Kelvin Kamoga and it was quite inspirational for his humble beginning which had led him to the high achievement with Fukang and even other distributors believed that if Kelvin could do it, they could do it even better.

 

 

PROFESSIONAL MOTIVATOR: This was a special guest, Martin Matovu:- (Telecom Engineer) who came with a power- packed leadership tips on a power point with images in relation to whichever tips he gave out and here it was time to take notes because distributors could not afford to withstand this, since a blant pencil is sharper than a sharp mind.

 

 

WARM UP: This was carried out by our most charming distributor, Tonny Ssekabira a 6 star distributor who made every one dance to the floor (paka-chin) and everyone in the house was wiping sweats with ear to ear smiles.

LAUNCH OF THE NEW PROMOTION: All distributors were so attentive this moment because they each had their expectations here as the General Manager launched the promotion and when she finished the launching, everyone started strategizing how to hit the target in order to be winners of the promotion which gave a very good promise in terms of high result productivity.

 

 

The general manager also cautioned the distributors against unfocused up lines that have an intention to confuse them. She advised the distributors to focus on building their networks instead of moving from one company to another since Fukang compensation plan favors them and is more paying.

She also informed the distributors that the Director- Mr. Norman has a plan to give out the first car in Uganda in December this year and asked the distributors to work hard to qualify for the car. The distributors joyfully screamed and were very excited at the news.

 

 

 

COMMUNICATION FROM THE DIRECTOR: This was summarized by director Karkie who thanked all the distributors and the presenters for the work well done. He assured the distributors of a bigger such event in the early of coming year.

 

 

AWARDING: The General Manager and Director Louis took the lead in this session helped by madam Robinah.

 

We started with awarding of certificates to our fast progressing distributors and these were twelve of them where each left with a certificate and a box of coffee tea. 

 

Four best performing shop operators were also awarded where each left with a certificate and an electric kettle. The best performing shops were; Gulu shop operated by Mr. Dranyima Amos, Hoima shop operated by Hajat Aisha, Jinja shop operated by Mr. Kaima  Mubarak and Luwero shop operated by madam Akiki Resty.

 

 

 

We also awarded our excellent Trainers, Mr Duncan and Mr Lutaaya and excellent distributors; Madam Cathy Asiimwe and Mr. Musubao James of Congo. Thanks for their big contribution to Fukang business.

 

 

 

 

 

After a moment of excitement with dances as signs of joy around, we came to the laptops award and these were also two distributors who excelled to get a laptop each on this day. The lap top awardees were Kelvin Kamoga and Museveni Michael.

 

 

PHOTOGRAPHY: This was another exciting session, every distributor was posing in his /her own Fukang style for the photos and indeed it indicated a real family.

 

 

MEALS: Our distributors were served a full buffet each and they were very excited to have meals in one of the most expensive hotels in Kampala so it was a prestige on their other sides.

 

DEPARTURE: After people had eaten and had drinks to their satisfaction, we had to call it a day at around 8:00pm however; every distributor in the house was getting out with a Fukang T.shirt

 

CONCLUSION: All in all, our function was very successful that up to now distributors are still talking about it and it has even made some of the unfocussed distributors to come back to resume their business in Fukang Company
